The Cook Shark 8681 is a 148mm aluminium-magnesium rimless shield-style polarized sunglass — the only shield/rimless curved lens model in the Cook Shark range at Jewelry Addicts. TAC HD polarized UV400 lens with wide curved coverage, silicone nose pads, textured temple tips, 41mm frame height, 20mm bridge, 130mm temples. Three colour variants: black, tan and gun.

Shield / Rimless Design
The 8681 uses a rimless shield construction — a single curved lens spanning the full front width without separate lens apertures or a connecting bridge rim. The lens curves around the face, providing continuous coverage from side to side. The rimless upper brow bar holds the lens in place with no lower rim.
This is the only Cook Shark at Jewelry Addicts with the shield construction. All other models use separate left and right lenses in either full-rim, half-rim or rimless individual lens formats.
Wide Curved Coverage
The ~143mm lens span on a 148mm overall frame creates near-full-width lens coverage — the lens extends almost edge to edge across the front frame. Combined with the curved wrap profile, the 8681 provides the most comprehensive front glare protection of any Cook Shark. There is minimal gap between the lens edge and the temple arm where side light could enter.
For driving in low-angle sun where light enters from the front and peripherally, the shield construction eliminates the gaps present in conventional two-lens frames.
20mm Bridge — Widest in the Range
At 20mm the 8681 has the widest bridge in the Cook Shark range — fitting wider nose bridge geometries comfortably. The bridge connects the single shield lens to the nose pads rather than separating two individual lenses. The 20mm width distributes the lens weight evenly across the nose contact area.
