Hangzhou 6460 — automatic, and honest about the GMT
This edition runs the Hangzhou 6460, a robust automatic movement built on the proven 2824 architecture with a GMT complication added. It beats at 28,800 vph (4Hz), holds 25 jewels, offers roughly 40 hours of power reserve, hand-winds, and hacks (stop-seconds) so you can set it to the second.
On the GMT: the 24-hour hand is set independently, letting you track a second time zone at a glance, while the bidirectional 24-click bezel covers a third. To be precise for the enthusiasts — this is a caller (office) GMT: you adjust the GMT hand on its own, rather than jumping the local hour hand as a flyer/traveller GMT would. 316L steel and a top-hat sapphire
The case is 316L stainless steel at 39mm (39.8mm over the bezel, 48.5mm lug-to-lug) — a genuinely wearable size across wrists. Over the dial sits a top-hat (domed) sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating: scratch-resistant, with a warm vintage-box profile and clean legibility. The screw-down crown and screw-down caseback both carry San Martin’s 3D hexagon logo.
Bracelet with on-the-fly micro-adjust
The 316L three-link bracelet tapers from 20mm to 16mm and finishes in an on-the-fly adjustable clasp — you can fine-tune the fit on the wrist without tools as temperature changes through the day. Female end links keep the case-to-bracelet transition tight.
Water, lume, and the details

Sizing / fit
At 39mm with a 48.5mm lug-to-lug, the SN0109 suits roughly 6.5″–8″ wrists and stays comfortable on smaller ones thanks to the moderate lug span. The bracelet is 20mm at the lugs, and the on-the-fly clasp lets you dial in a half-size of fit without removing links. If you’re between sizes, keep one removable link on hand for seasonal adjustment.
Care note
An automatic movement winds from wrist motion; if it stops, give the crown a few manual winds and reset the time (and GMT hand). Keep it away from strong magnets (speakers, laptops, magnetic clasps), always screw the crown fully down before any water contact, and have the movement serviced every few years to keep it running in spec.

FAQ
Is the SN0109 automatic or quartz? Automatic. This edition uses the Hangzhou 6460 automatic mechanical movement — it winds from wrist motion, hand-winds, and hacks (stop-seconds). No battery.
What kind of GMT is it? It’s a caller (office) GMT: you set the independent 24-hour hand to a second time zone, and the bidirectional bezel can track a third. The local hour hand doesn’t jump on its own, as it would on a flyer/traveller GMT.
Is the crystal really sapphire? Yes — a top-hat (domed) sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. Scratch-resistant and built to last.
Can I swim with it? Yes — it’s rated 100m (10 ATM) with a screw-down crown and caseback, so swimming and snorkelling are fine. It isn’t a dive watch, and we don’t call any watch “waterproof.” Always screw the crown fully down first.
