FAQ

1. What should I do if there is water inside the watch?
If there is only a small amount of water vapor inside the watch, it will usually disappear over time. You can also wear the watch upside down on your wrist for about two hours; the vapor should then dissipate.
If you notice visible water droplets inside the watch, please have it repaired as soon as possible to prevent internal damage.


2. Special Note:
Fully automatic mechanical watches rely on the motion of your wrist for automatic winding. Therefore, it’s recommended to wear the watch for at least 8 hours a day to maintain accurate timekeeping.
Some automatic watches also allow manual winding to supplement power. To manually wind your watch, ensure that the crown is not pulled out and turn it clockwise about 15 times.
For watches that are not designed for manual winding, do not attempt to wind them manually, as this can cause damage.


3. Warning:
Between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., do not adjust the calendar, weekday, or month functions. Doing so may result in calibration errors or even damage to the movement.
Keep mechanical watches away from televisions, computers, and other devices with magnetic fields, as magnets can affect their accuracy and function.
