The San Martin SN0129 Desert GMT is a 39mm NH34 automatic true GMT watch with an arrow-shaped four-hand GMT set — the fourth GMT hand in a distinctive arrow profile tracking a second time zone on the fixed bezel scale. Desert colour and silver/white dial options. Sapphire crystal with AR coating, BGW9 blue lume, screw-down crown and caseback, on-the-fly adjustable folding clasp, 100m water resistance.

Variants — Two Dial Configurations
Gradient green (G6): A warm gradient green desert-inspired dial with applied 3D hexagon San Martin logo and indices. The green gradient shifts under different light conditions, consistent with the desert landscape references across the SN0129 range.
Silver / white desert: A neutral silver or white desert colour dial — the most legible and formally appropriate of the two options. Clean appearance with maximum contrast for the GMT hand set elements.
NH34 True GMT — Arrow Hand Set
The NH34 is Seiko’s dedicated true GMT caliber — the same movement used in the Pagani Design PD1662, Baltany S6074 and Seestern S456. The hour-jump function advances the main hour hand in one-hour increments without stopping the movement or disturbing the GMT reference hand.
The SN0129 Desert GMT’s arrow-shaped GMT hand set is the visual differentiator from other NH34 GMTs. The arrow profile — a broad, pointed hand shape rather than the standard slim pencil or baton — creates an immediately distinctive silhouette for the GMT indicator hand, improving identification of the fourth hand against the three standard time hands at a glance.
Fixed Bezel vs Rotating Bezel
The SN0129 Desert GMT uses a fixed stainless steel bezel — not a rotating 24-hour GMT bezel. The NH34’s 24-hour GMT hand tracks the reference time zone against the 24-hour scale on the dial (if present) or against the hour positions as a reference. The fixed bezel does not add a third time zone display as a rotating GMT bezel would. For buyers who want a rotating 24-hour bezel for third-time-zone capability, the Pagani Design PD1662 and Baltany S6074 use rotating ceramic bezels.

1. How to do if there is water inside your watch?
If there is only a small amount of water vapor inside your watch, the water vapor will disappear automatically over time. You can also wear the watch upside down and the water vapor will disappear in around 2 hours. If there is anything more than water vapor, for example water droplets, have your watch serviced immediately.
2. Special Note
Automatic watches rely on the natural motion of your arm to power the movement, to ensure accurate timekeeping wear your watch for at least 8 hours per day. Our automatic watches also feature handwinding. To handwind a watch without a screw down crown, turn the crown clockwise 15 times. For watches with screw down crowns, unscrew the crown and then turn the crown 15 times clockwise. Remember to screw the crown back in before use.
3. Warning
When your watch shows a time between 8pm and 4am do not adjust the day, date, month. Doing so will damage the movement. Keep your watch away televisions, computers and other things with magnetic fields.
