1.Its better to download google play service into your phone, Sometimes the Setracker2 app’s Map won’t run without Google Play Services.
2.Turkey user only can use Find My Kids app with our watch by your own imei number(can not use setracker app), please provide your own imei number for us when you place order, the video call function won’t work if use your own imei with our 4G model.
3.In many Countries, when calling the watch, all the phonebook numbers of the 4G watch are identified without a name but only the numbers, some 2G watches may have this problem because the SIM card hides the name. This is a network problem: the default for the SIM was “hide my number”. this can be changed by the support service of the SIM card operator. Another solution in order for the clock to determine the caller’s number, you need to enter the phone number and name not only through the application, but also write it down separately on the SIM card itself.
4.About the “Sound Guardian/Monitoring/Call Back Function” missing in the app: please insert sim card and set the watch works, bring it outdoor to detect the LBS and GPS, then that function will be sync.(The server needs to obtain the base station location is not Germany and Norway, then match the monitoring function by auto.)
IMPORTANT how to return the wiretap :
1>: Send to your watch a regular SMS with the text: pw,123456,setmt,1#
Then restart the application and check if the “Callback” has appeared.
2>: Go to the “Map” application, find the clock on the map. Then, “exit” through the application, enter the “Profile”, then click “Exit”. Then log in again.
5.For USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore where 2G is almost not available.(We recommend 4G models)
